• Provide guidance on employee relations, policy, and compliance matters
• Drive HR initiatives, KPIs, and process improvements across the business


Qualifications for the Senior HR Business Partner:
• 5+ years of experience across core HR functions
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives such as M&A or complex change
• Background in employee relations and HR compliance
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
