- Consult with provided inbound leads to understand their financial goals and recommend the best mortgage solutions.

- Collect and analyze applicant financial information to assess eligibility and risk.
- Maintain open, proactive communication with borrowers, processors, and underwriters to ensure a rapid, smooth closing process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, loan programs, and regulatory requirements.
** Requirements **
- Active and current NMLS license.
- Proven, verifiable track record of top-tier success as a Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator.
- Mastery of mortgage lending guidelines, loan products (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.), and processing procedures.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Relentlessly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
