Quality Engineer

Responsibilities: Support plant quality systems and customer quality requirements Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions Monitor KPIs, scrap, rework, and warranty data; drive continuous improvement Support internal and external audits Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues Support APQP, PPAP, and new product launches Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 2+ years of quality engineering experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, GD&T, 8D, IATF 169 Experience working in an automotive or IATF 16949-certified manufacturing environment strongly preferred Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Our Client Offers: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Tuition assistance and opportunities for professional growth and advancement Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
