• Perform residential inspections at a high professional standard

• Deliver clear, thorough, and timely reports

• Communicate findings calmly and confidently

• Active NC Home Inspector License

• Strong communication skills

• Professional presence

• Reliable transportation

• Tech proficiency (Spectora experience preferred, but not required)

• Ability to handle multiple inspections per week
