Responsibilities As part of our Litigation team, you will manage and litigate exciting cases from inception to resolution, with supervision as needed Responsibilities include crafting case strategies, taking and defending depositions, drafting substantive motions, collaborating with staff and investigators on discovery and fact-finding, and pursuing resolutions through motions for summary judgment, mediation, or trial Your caseload will encompass various practice areas, including civil rights, employment, tort, and other actions Interested in hearing more?
