About the Position

We are currently seeking a CDL A Driver for local delivery in Lithia Springs, GA. MUST have a Valid TWIC Card. This position offers a pay rate of $28.00 per hour with opportunities for overtime. The driver will be responsible for heavy touch freight and will enjoy the benefit of being home daily. This is a day shift position with shift start times TBD.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $28.00 Per Hour, OT after 40hrs
Hours per Week: 40+
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturdays if needed, Day Shift - start time varies

Job Details

Route Type: Local Delivery
Freight: Palletized office supplies
Equipment: Container run to Savannah Port
Handling: No Touch

Key Responsibilities

Transport goods to designated locations safely and efficiently
Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance

Minimum Requirements

2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
No more than 4 jobs in the last 5 years
MUST have a Valid TWIC Card
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A License
Physically capable of safely lifting up to 70lbs
