Develop and present tailored insurance packages that offer genuine value and security. Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to guide them through the decision-making process. Collaborate with our local Chesterfield team to ensure every client interaction is seamless and supportive. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client correspondence and policy changes. Represent our agency at community events to grow our local presence and build lasting trust. Requirements Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License. Three or more years of experience in sales or client-facing roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems. Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening. Detailed understanding of risk management and policy coverage. Prior experience in local relationship-based networking is a plus.
