Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Support residents with mobility issues, including transfers, ambulation, and other mobility aids

• Assist with medication management, including administering medications and monitoring residents' progress

• Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring that residents' personal belongings are secure

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members

• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
