The HPMUNA does this by developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure quality. Leveraging PERI’s resources, HPMUNA works with various regional departments (e.g., operations, sales, finance) to align procurement with company goals. In addition, it is the responsibility of the HPMUNA position to lead the regional procurement team, driving a high-performance culture. What you’ll do in a typical day:Actively contribute value to cross-functional strategic initiatives such as ERP rollouts, process harmonization programs, drive initiatives, process implementation, and Supply Quality Management frameworks.Accountable for the overall procurement performance in your region including direct contribution to improvements in TCO, EBIT, working capital, and supply security. Negotiates regional demands according to process.Deliver functional leadership of the procurement teams in the subsidiaries – guiding, aligning, and supporting them across a matrix setup to ensure strategic and operational objectives are met.Ensure a high data-quality in SAP / ERP and existing procurement systems for an efficient ordering process.
