Videographer and Content Producer

Odoo is an open-source enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform that helps companies manage and streamline their operations through a single, integrated system.Our modular suite of business applications—covering everything from accounting and inventory to CRM and project management—works together seamlessly to support efficiency and growth. This is a hybrid (4 days onsite, 1day remote) role in Brisbane, CA. We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled videographer to join our in-house team. You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality video and photo content that supports our brand, marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal initiatives. From live shoots to editing, you’ll help shape how we tell stories across platforms. Responsibilities Film and photographcustomer stories,events, and social content Collaborate with marketing to plan shoots and align on story and messaging Work with internal teams and customers to schedule shoots, manage logistics, and communicate expectations Serve as the primary contact for participants throughout the shoot process Partner with design to deliver assets such as lower-thirds, titles, and photography for digital and print Edit short-form videos and cutdowns optimized for various platforms Maintain and organize a media library Guide on-camera participants to ensure high-quality footage through proper lighting, framing, and audio Operate company-provided gear, including cameras, lenses, stabilizers, microphones, and related equipment Must Have A strong portfolio showcasing interviews, events, b-roll, still photography, and edited content Proficiency in Sony camera operation, lighting, audio, and post-production workflows Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders to plan and execute shoots Proven ability to manage shoots independently, including scheduling, logistics, and on-set direction Nice to Have Proven track record (3+ years) of success in communication, marketing, or related roles Experience in the tech industry, particularly in SaaS Demonstrated ability to distill information from subject matter experts and translate it into training relevant to the target audience What's great in the job?
