We're looking for a Wolf.

Not a marketer. Not a coordinator. A hunter.

Timeless is a high-end historic restoration and remodeling company in the Twin Cities. We have a strong brand, a built machine, and a CEO who closes every relationship personally. What we need is someone who opens the doors before we get there.

This is a pure commission role. No base. No draw. No ceiling.

You will source podcast and media appearances for our founder, build referral partnerships with insurance adjusters and complementary trades, and generate inbound conversations through relentless outreach.

How you get paid: 10% of gross profit on every job you originate, calculated at project close from real numbers. Gross profit is contract revenue minus what it actually cost to build — labor, materials, subs. No overhead games. On a $100,000 job at 40% gross profit, you take home $4,000. On a $500,000 restoration, do the math.

Commission is paid on the job you open. Repeat business from that same relationship belongs to the company. This role rewards hunting, not sitting on a book.

This role is right for you if you've worked commission-only before and didn't quit. If you see a podcast and immediately think about who should be on it. If rejection feels like a scoreboard, not a setback.

This role is wrong for you if you need a base to feel safe, prefer strategy over action, or think logging activity in a CRM is beneath you.
