Senior Technician Facilities Management

Job Summary Senior Facilities Technician – responsible for building and property maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for the Miami associates. Reports to the Facilities Manager and is part of the Facilities Department located in Miami; this is an on‑site role. Responsibilities Perform facility maintenance. Execute preventive maintenance on facilities equipment. Work on the access control system and doors. Qualifications Associate's degree (or higher) with 3+ years of work experience OR high school diploma with 5+ years of maintenance experience. Perform basic plumbing, door, and card access repairs. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Ability to travel between Miami and Hialeah locations as needed. Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb. Preferred Experience HVAC, electrical, plumbing or other construction trades. AutoCAD.
