Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description As an Assistant Manager you will help lead a team committed to making sure "every guest leaves happy". This is a high‑energy, high‑reward opportunity for a motivated leader in the family entertainment industry. Job Responsibilities Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest‑service standards. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations. Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Understand cost‑control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management. Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas, and over time rotate through all: Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom. Must have a high‑school diploma or GED. Must be at least 21 years of age, or a younger candidate may be accepted with RVP approval if you meet local legal requirements for selling items. Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service, or at least six months as an Opening Coordinator. Essential Job Functions and Work Environment Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during the shift. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during the shift. The work environment includes flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to wet, humid, extreme heat or cold conditions.
