As a Salesforce Solution Architect you will design and lead complex Salesforce implementations for public sector programs like Child Care Assistance. This remote senior role provides technical oversight and ensures scalable, secure multi-cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to solution teams and system integrators.
• Define complete architecture blueprints covering business processes, integrations, data, and security.
• Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions using platform capabilities.
• Review and approve all architectural and technical decisions as gatekeeper for the Center of Excellence Architecture Review Board.

Required Technical Skills:

• 6+ years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience, including 2 years in enterprise or government environments.
• 3+ years with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, and Tableau.
• 3+ years with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
• 3+ years with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• 3+ years designing large multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
• Strong communication for cross-functional collaboration and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Active Salesforce Certified Application Architect credential.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• 6+ years total industry experience.
