About the Role

Veeam is looking for a Senior Director, Product Management to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Data and AI Security portfolio, including Data Securityand AI Security Posture Management (AISPM). This portfolio came into Veeam through theSecuritiAI acquisition and is a strategic priority area as Veeambuilds outdata and AI trust capabilities.

This person reportsdirectly to the CEO andacts as the connective tissue between market opportunity, engineering execution, andexecutive strategy. They will setdirection for thedata security/AISPM product team, represent product strategy in executive-level conversations, andbe accountable for translating strategy into a roadmap the broader org can rally behind.

This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role, looking for someone who can move fast andmake soundcalls independently.

What You’ll Do

• Responsiblefor the Data and AI Security portfolio and adjacent data access governance capabilities
• Leadanddevelop the product management team supporting this portfolio, setting cleargoalsandraising the bar on execution
• Translate company strategy into a prioritized roadmap, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact across arecently acquiredproduct line
• Represent product strategydirectly to the CEO andexecutive team, with clear,data-driven narratives
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering,Design, Marketing, andSales leadership to ensure alignment from concept to launch
• Own pricing, packaging, and go-to-market input for thedata and AI securityproduct line
• Bring a strong point of view on thedata security posture management andAI governance competitive landscape, anduse that to inform roadmapdecisions

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years in product management, with meaningful time leading product teams
• Direct experience in data security,data access governance, cloud security posture management (CSPM/CIEM), or AI governance/security
• Track recordowning product strategy for a security ordata governance platform, ideally in a company that scaledor wasacquired
• Proven ability tooperatewith high autonomy andreportdirectly to executive leadership, including comfort presenting to a CEO with minimalhand-holding
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable making prioritization calls usingdata plus judgment whendata is incomplete
• Exceptional written andverbal communication; candistill complexity into a clear, executive-ready narrative
• Demonstratedsuccessdriving cross-functional alignment across Engineering,Design, Sales, andMarketing
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience

Pay Transparency

Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
