Bartender

Job Description Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly base pay plus tips. Responsibilities: Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Plan and present bar menu Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills: Resume and working experience as a bartender Extensive knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Patience and customer-oriented approach Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Responsible and trustworthy High school diploma is a plus but not required Must be 18 or over to apply Job Types:Full-time Pay: $10 Hourly + Percentage of sales + Tips Benefits: Employee discount Rewards based on performance Opportunities for growth Paid training Restaurant type:Cuban cuisine & cocktail bar Casual dining restaurant Shift: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift WEEKENDS A MUST!!!
