Program Compliance Analyst Full Time Huntsville, AL, US Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually Position Summary The Program Compliance Analyst ensures contract compliance by tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits. Position Responsibilities Monitor contract compliance across all program tasks, ensuring adherence to PWS requirements and performance standards. Track and manage contract deliverables including CDRLs, required reports, and data calls to ensure timely submission. Maintain compliance matrices and evidence tracking documentation to support audit readiness and inspections. Align program SOPs and operational processes with applicable contract requirements and government standards. Support internal and external audits, inspections, and government reviews by preparing compliance evidence packages. Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions to program leadership. Coordinate with the Quality Manager and PMO staff to ensure performance standards are consistently met. Prepare and distribute compliance status reports to the Program Manager and relevant stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract compliance, quality assurance, or program management support within a federal contracting environment. Demonstrated experience maintaining compliance matrices, tracking deliverables, and supporting audit activities. Strong analytical and documentation skills; ability to interpret contract language and translate requirements into operational tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint). Desired Skills and Experience (if applicable) Experience supporting DOJ, ATF, or other federal law enforcement agency contracts. Familiarity with QASP/CPARS evaluation processes and performance measurement frameworks. Experience with ISO 17020 or other quality management standards.
