As we expand our footprint in San Diego, California , we're seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and build lasting client relationships in this high‑growth market. For more information about the company visit Who You Are: Our ideal candidate fits this profile… You have a proven track record of strategic sales experience, successfully networking and managing a referral‑based channel sales role. With demonstrated business maturity, you effectively communicate and relate to business owners. You possess a strong business network in which you have had success selling a value‑added service to senior level executives in the Northeast. You’re an excellent communicator both written and verbal, who can build and maintain effective working relationships. Your goal‑oriented and have a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota. What You’ll Do: Outside Sales Solicит PEO business from prospects, establishing relationships with channel partners and retaining customers. A minimum of 75% of these activities are to be conducted outside the office. This position is eligible for participation in our Outside Sales Commission Plan.
