Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed and experienced LPN to work our evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) in our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As an LPN with The Benjamin Healthcare Center LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, develop your clinical skills, and grow professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and safety

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Massachusetts

• Associate degree in Nursing or related field

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
