Junior Maintenance Technician

Thank you for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time Junior Maintenance Technician.

The junior maintenance technician performs basic custodial/janitorial maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment community, keeping the property in a clean and orderly condition. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.

Junior Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Days/hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability is needed
• Will be subject to a background/physical/drug screening
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

• Handle installations and repairs
• Plumbing, and electrical issues are a plus but not required
• Manage repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork a plus but not required
• Document findings in terms of needed repairs and performed duties
• Handle some maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
• Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
• Drive to different locations
