About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission. Candidates for the CAO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior advancement role, preferably within an educational or non-profit setting, is required. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a collaborative leader. Experience in program development, management, and evaluation is essential, as is a demonstrated ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders.
