7:00am-7:00pm $17.00

DuBose Strapping has ties to the strapping industry dating back to the late 1960's. DuBose is a 3rd generation family-owned company headquartered in Clinton, NC with facilities in Crawfordsville, IN. DuBose manufactures steel and plastic strapping involving automated strapping machines, a variety of strapping materials, hand application tools and accessories. Dubose is looking for a Line Recoil Operator.

Job Duties:

Read job Specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements

Observe machine operations to detect piece defects cause by clearance, chipped, dull knives or improper sheet weld.

Pushes buttons or turns knobs to activate machine

Performs minor machine maintenance such as lubricating open gears and greasing all fittings

Sorts, marks, or tags finished work

Lift and position material


Identify sharp edges, burns, or rust on material


Removes material or scraps from machine if needed

Snip off material once the coil is finished

Essential Functions:

Must be able to occasionally lift 100lbs

Must past pre-employment drug screen

Must wear Steel-Toes

Must wear Kevlar gloves and Sleeves
