Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a proactive, detailed-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our client's sales, operations, and logistics teams. In this role, you will act as a main point of contact for client inquiries regarding orders, products (pallet racking, warehouse safety, material handling equipment), delivery schedules, and job status.

The ideal candidate possesses communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and comfortable handling cross-functional workflows between clients, project managers, and warehouse personnel.

salary: $21 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding product pricing, availability, and lead times.

• Process customer orders accurately in the ERP/CRM system; generate sales quotes, order confirmations, and invoices.

• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to track order status, shipments, freight delivery schedules, and installation timelines.

• Address client concerns, order changes, returns, or missing components efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Partner with Account Managers and Project Managers to handle customer follow-ups, maintain customer database records, and compile account reports.

• Develop a solid understanding of key product lines (pallet racking systems, warehouse safety products, material handling tools)
