The 2 nd Assistant Manager is an entry level part-time management role that will not only sell our shoes to customers but also manage and lead the sales team when you are the manager on duty. What you will do: Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience. Sell Shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers. Ring up sales in computer, take cash/run credit cards. Help re-stock the sales floor. Keep things neat and clean in the store. Teach others how to do all the things above. Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience. What you need: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank. Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25-50 pounds.
