Overview Press Brake Operator — Fresno, CA — $25.00–$27.85/hr — 1st Shift (7:30am–4:00pm) Responsibilities Operate CNC and manual press brake equipment safely, perform complex setups, adjust tooling, validate angles, and hit repeatability on every run. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed layouts; use micrometers and calipers; inspect parts to exact specs. Anticipate springback, select the correct tooling, and correct when a die won’t cooperate. Mentor and be mentored; maintain a clean, safe cell; keep quality records. Work independently while communicating clearly with the team. Qualifications 5+ years as a press brake specialist with a steady work history (explanations ready for any gaps). Mastery of setup through first‑article approval and the ability to run from first article to production. Ability to adapt as priorities shift; maintain a clean, safe work cell; keep quality records. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for mentoring and being mentored. Why you’ll like it 1st shift, Monday–Friday (7:30am–4:00pm). Pay rate: $25.00–$27.85/hr DOE.
