Product Manager

Responsibilities Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos) and actively support team delivery Break down complex requirements into manageable workstreams and ensure alignment on priorities Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring shared understanding of product vision Partner with engineering teams to deliver enhancements including: Chat functionality requirements, system integrations across digital platforms and AI-driven chatbot and automation capabilities Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and execution readiness Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Typically three or more years of related experience Experience in AWS-based tools or cloud-enabled chat environments Strong understanding of how chat capabilities integrate with broader systems and digital experiences Strong communication skills with ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage a complex product backlog and organize high-volume work effectively Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work Thorough understanding of the Lean/Agile mindset Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams Standard industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO are preferred Certifications SAFe CSPO PSPO #J-18808-Ljbffr
