Your Responsibilities

• Conduct everyday and specialized clinical lab tests, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when needed.
• Keep detailed documentation of all procedures, assist in training new personnel, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment in line with all regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree accompanied by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required to be obtained within one year from the date of hire.
• Maintain current certification for the entirety of your employment.
