Role Description The Real Estate Agent will work remotely, supporting clients through the full lifecycle of buying, selling, and leasing residential properties. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting virtual or in-person property showings, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals involved in transactions. The agent will analyze market data, prepare comparative market analyses, and advise clients on pricing, negotiation strategies, and local market trends. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of client interactions, managing listings on multiple platforms, and adhering to all legal and ethical standards in real estate practice. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of local and state real estate regulations. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication, active listening, and client relationship management. Candidates should possess Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including property valuation, market analysis, and transaction processes. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and use digital tools and CRM systems. Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to fair housing and non-discriminatory practices.
