Senior Casualty Claim Analyst - Litigation

Handle a target pending caseload of 125 – 150 litigated exposures Manage incoming new loss volume, phone calls, emails, and system data in a timely manner Evaluate and process transactions, including invoice and budget review Draft Reservation of Rights(“RORs”) letters, and disclaimer letters Communicate coverage positions to PURE Members and brokers in professional manner Investigate new losses through outside vendor resources Formulate a “Joint Strategy Agreement”(“JSA”) that documents your defense strategy Own all aspects of negotiation and claim resolution Requirements 8+ years of direct casualty experience 5+ years of direct experience in handling both Auto & General Liability litigated files Proven ability to handle complex first and third party Auto and GL bodily injury and coverage claims Experience handling litigated files as well as files that involve arbitration and mediation Bachelor’s degree is preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in managing litigated claims, including Auto and General Liability, with a strong focus on negotiation, claim resolution, and strategic communication with stakeholders.
