Support Services Specialist

Salary: $62,400 - 62,400 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on IT help desk experience troubleshooting hardware, software, login, and access issues.
• Familiarity with HHAeXchange, Windows, Microsoft 365 (including Copilot and Teams), and Sage is highly preferred.
• Proficiency using AI tools to solve problems, streamline workflows, and develop solutions, along with the ability to teach others to use AI effectively.
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly to users.
• A service-oriented approach, patience, sound judgment, and composure under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service in every interaction.

• Own help desk support by promptly and accurately resolving equipment issues, login problems, and access requests.
• Support electronic medical records, client portals, and business applications, including HHAeXchange, Windows, Microsoft 365, and Sage.
• Learn new software and systems quickly and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Coordinate with software vendors, developers, and leadership to resolve complex IT issues.
• Lead software implementations, upgrades, testing, and user training to support smooth adoption and ongoing improvement.
• Create practical user guides and deliver training that builds users confidence and skills.
• Track recurring technical issues and recommend process improvements.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Support facilities and property management needs to help maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
