Travel Physical Therapist - $2,270 per week

Position Travel Physical Therapist in Madison, Michigan. Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hour days Employment type: Travel Position Summary Responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physician’s order. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs. Qualifications State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment. Minimum years of experience in acute care and rehab hospitals (previous hospital experience preferred). Required certifications (list if known). Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions. Free of illegal drug and alcohol use in the workplace.
