Field Service Engineer -Atlanta Area

We're placing a Field Service Engineer with a global leader in materials testing technology, based out of Kennesaw, GA and deploying nationwide to install, calibrate, and support advanced testing systems across diverse industries. What You'll Do:

• Install, service, and repair testing systems including drop-weight towers, torsion systems, temperature chambers, and medical testing equipment
• Calibrate equipment to applicable standards and prepare ISO/IEC 17025-compliant calibration reports
• Troubleshoot electronic and electro-mechanical devices using schematic and mechanical drawings
• Train customers on operation and software of machines
• Coordinate with the service scheduler to execute assignments efficiently across a nationwide territory (90% or more travel)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience
• Eligibility to meet A2LA and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements
• Prior experience with universal destructive testing machines and/or technical metrology/calibration highly desired
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
