This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical expertise, and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational efficiency. The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring reliable plant operations and supporting continuous production.Responsibilities:Perform electrical, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance on plant and facility equipmentTroubleshoot and repair A/C and D/C controls, motors, pumps, and production machineryInstall conduit, run wiring, and support electrical equipment installationsWeld (Stick and MIG) and fabricate metal parts as neededOperate shop equipment including lathes, milling machines, welders, and sawsConduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and environmental checks (temperature/humidity)Follow all safety procedures, maintain housekeeping standards, and support special projectsQualifications and Requirements:Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems throughout the plantDiagnosing equipment issues and performing timely, effective repairsWeld and fabricate components to support equipment functionalityOperate and maintain a variety of industrial tools and equipmentComplete routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system adjustmentsAdhere to safety standards, maintain a clean work area, and assist with special projectsBenefits and Perks:Payrate: $24–$30 per hourMedical, Vision, Dental available401K and Referral Bonus ProgramTraining and Growth OpportunitiesYour New Organization:Join a highly skilled maintenance team supporting critical industrial operation in LaGrange, GA.
