Dialysis RN Dialysis
Combination shifts of 2x12s + 2x8s or 4x10s - Regular hours: MondayFriday, approximately 5:30 AM 6:00 PM - Rotating Saturdays: 5:30 AM 6:00 PM; may be 8- or 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Minimum 1 year dialysis experience required
NY RN license in hand to submit
Required certification: BLS
Experience with EPIC charting
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their clinical conditions throughout dialysis sessions.
Manage vascular access, including cannulation and site care for fistulas, grafts, and catheters.
Respond effectively to complications and emergencies during dialysis.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, nutrition, and care management.
Must float to all other dialysis locations as needed.
Possible on-call responsibilities during specified hours.
