Since 2006, BSVESS has been a trusted provider of 24/7 Emergency Care, Internal Medicine, and Surgery for our community. In summer 2024, we proudly moved into our newly renovated 36,000-square-foot hospital , thoughtfully designed to support advanced specialty care.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Veterinary Cardiologist eager to help shape and grow our expanding specialty services. If you’re a team-oriented clinician who thrives in a supportive environment and loves practicing high-quality medicine, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

• Diplomate of ACVIM (Cardiology) or residency-trained and eligible to sit for boards
• Eligible to obtain a Massachusetts veterinary license

Compensation

• Base salary: $200,000–$260,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Quarterly production bonuses
• Signing and relocation bonuses available

Additional Leadership Opportunity Available:

• For those candidates called to lead and are looking to take on additional administrative duties, they may also apply for the Lead Specialty Veterinarian role
  • This role requires candidates to have 6+ years as a board certified cardiologist; strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • This is a hybrid leadership and clinical position, with approximately 50% of time spend providing direct patient care and 10%-20% focused on leadership, team development, and hospital initiatives.
  • Leadership stipend is $20,000 annually
