We’re looking for a marketing operations specialist to join our ranks. The specialist will be responsible for supporting the execution, optimization, and measurement of marketing programs, processes, and technology. This role serves as a critical link between marketing strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns are deployed efficiently, data is accurate, systems are integrated, and performance is measured effectively.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and technically proficient, with experience managing marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, campaign workflows, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Technology & Systems

• Helping manage and maintain marketing automation platforms (e.g., SmartSheet)
• Supporting CRM integration and data synchronization with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with internal teams or vendors to resolve them
• Assisting with the evaluation and implementation of new marketing technology solutions

Campaign Operations

• Building, testing, launching, and monitoring marketing campaigns, emails, landing pages, and forms
• Ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule
• Developing and maintaining campaign workflows, lead scoring models, and nurture programs
• Conducting quality assurance testing before campaign deployment

Data Management

• Monitoring and maintaining marketing database health and hygiene
• Managing audience segmentation and target lists
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
• Supporting lead management processes, including routing, scoring, and lifecycle tracking

Reporting & Analytics

• Creating and maintaining dashboards and performance reports
• Analyzing campaign effectiveness and providing actionable recommendations
• Tracking key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI
• Presenting insights and findings to marketing leadership and stakeholders

Process Improvement

• Documenting and standardizing marketing processes and best practices
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation
• Supporting project management initiatives across marketing programs
• Collaborating with IT, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams

Core Strengths and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, digital marketing, or related roles
• Solid understanding of e-commerce and SEO
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and reporting tools
• Strong communication and project management abilities
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and AdvisorStream
• Salesforce experience preferred but not required
• Marketing Operations or CRM certifications are a plus
• Financial services experience a plus, not required
