As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Kansas City market, providing property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from the first appointment through project completion. Office Location Office 118 – Kansas City Market Report To Office: 4141 NE Lakewood Way Lee's Summit, MO 64064 Hiring throughout the Greater Kansas City area, including communities across western Missouri and eastern Kansas. Important: This position services the Kansas City market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Lee's Summit office. Job Snapshot Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Training: Paid Training Provided Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments Travel: Local travel throughout the Kansas City market Experience: No roofing experience required What You’ll Do As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments by identifying exterior restoration needs and providing professional solutions. Responsibilities Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory. Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement. Schedule and conduct residential property inspections. Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology. Prepare project estimates and scopes of work. Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims. Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Maintain communication with customers throughout the project. Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift equipment as needed Ability to work a Full-Time schedule Compensation & Benefits This is a Full-Time W-2 position offering unlimited earning potential.
