Onsite Community Manager: Leasing & Operations

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to lead an on-site housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administration while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines. You will manage budgets, monitor rent collections, and drive resident satisfaction through retention programs and effective service delivery.
