This role involves assembling and installing sheet metal products and systems for commercial roofing.Key Responsibilities:Install sheet metal components including flashing, coping, gutters, and downspoutsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plansEnsure all work meets safety standards and quality expectationsWork collaboratively with crew membersMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean job siteQualifications:Previous experience in sheet metal installation or related field preferredAbility to work at heights and climbing ladders in all weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsValid driver's license (preferred)What We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Employer MatchEarned Time Off (ETO)Paid HolidaysOpportunities for training, advancement, and career growthStable, year-round work with a respected national company
