We are looking for recent graduates in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering. We also welcome candidates with career gaps or those wanting to switch to a tech career. SynergisticIT is here to support your journey!

Preferred Skills for Java/Full-Stack/DevOps Positions:

Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or Information Systems.
Knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, C++, or software programming.
Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.

Preferred Skills for Data Science/AI/Machine Learning Positions:

Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or strong logical thinking.
Knowledge of Statistics, Generative AI, LLM, Sagemaker, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
