Job Overview
As a skilled Carpenter specializing in exterior projects, you will perform high-quality installations and repairs of:

• Decks, porches, and exterior wood structures
• Siding, trim, exterior doors, and window frames
• Roof components and associated exterior fixtures

You’ll work directly with homeowners and our expert team to ensure each project reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, durability, and aesthetic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and material lists
• Construct and install framing, decks, porches, siding, and decorative woodwork
• Install windows and doors, ensuring proper sealing and alignment
• Perform precise trim installation and exterior finishing
• Repair and replace structural components while maintaining integrity
• Collaborate with crew members to complete exterior remodeling tasks
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain an organized worksite
• Communicate with clients and project leads on timelines, materials, and any issues
• Ensure workmanship aligns with company quality standards and warranty requirements

Skills

• Proven experience in carpentry, particularly exterior work (decks, siding, trim, roofing, window & door installation)
• Ability to read blueprints and layout work accurately
• Skilled in measuring, cutting, fastening, and installing a variety of materials
• Familiarity with residential construction codes and safety standards
• Effective time management and communication skills
• Capable of lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in varied conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel across NH
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship in remodeling or renovation projects.
