Occupational Therapist

Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver personalized, one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy to enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life. The role involves documenting in electronic medical records, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place. Clinicians may incorporate telehealth and virtual care to increase flexibility and patient access.
