Salary: $24.00 - $30.00/hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Press Brake Operator to join our precision fabrication shop. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Our shop operates in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is criticalmistakes can be costly, and quality is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

Read, interpret, and verify fabrication drawings and blueprints with a high level of accuracy

Set up, program, and operate press brake equipment to meet tight tolerances

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on press brake and otherfabrication equipment

Assist with setup and operation of additional shop equipment as needed

Cross-train on unfamiliar machinery and processes with a willingness to expand skillset

Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced team members

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience operating and programming press brake machines in a fabrication environment

Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Solid mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities

High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting

Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability

Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and support team development

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with a variety of fabrication equipment (shears, rollers, lasers, etc.)

Previous experience mentoring or training apprentices

Work Schedule:

Full-time position

• Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Occasional Saturday work may be required ; flexibility is highly appreciated
