About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: ICU experience Description: Founded in 1954 to meet the medical needs of the community. The unit features an 8-bed Cardiovascular ICU, expanded Cardiac Rehab, and Outpatient therapy departments. There are pre and post-cardiac catheterization lab areas for three cardiac catheterization labs. The patient population includes individuals over the age of 18. The average patient ratio is 2:1. Equipment available in the unit includes IV pumps and ventilators. The electronic health record system used is Meditech. Candidates must be flexible to float to other areas as needed. The role requires working on weekends and may involve call requirements. Candidates must possess a strong foundation in critical care. Preferred qualifications include additional ICU experience.
