Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to work on a per diem basis, providing speech and language therapy services to our patients who require rehabilitation and therapy to improve their communication skills. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Our Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and achieving outstanding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients, including assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient

• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Conduct progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

• Possession of or eligible for State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology

• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
