Role Description:

The Revenue Architect II serves as the strategic leader and trusted advisor to our clients-responsible for architecting scalable, sustainable and profitable revenue growth across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This is not a purely technical role; it’s a RevOps and GTM leadership position that combines business acumen, systems thinking, and cross-functional alignment to design the frameworks, processes, and roadmaps that drive predictable revenue growth and consistent outcomes.

As a director-level leader, the Revenue Architect partners directly with executive stakeholders to evaluate go-to-market maturity, define “what good looks like,” and design actionable, phased growth roadmaps (“Now, Near, and Far”) that guide both strategy and execution. They lead internal delivery teams-Solutions Architects, Technical Solutions Architects, Developers, and GTM Engineers-to bring these roadmaps to life through technology, process, and enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy & Revenue Architecture (Full-Funnel)

• Serve as the lead RevOps strategist and primary advisor across assigned client engagements, defining what scalable, predictable growth looks like for the business.

• Architect end-to-end revenue systems across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment across strategy, process, data, and technology.
\n
• Design future-state operating models spanning lifecycle stages, ICP and segmentation logic, lead and account management, quote to cash and deal desk workflows, expansion and upsell systems, routing, SLAs, forecasting inputs, attribution models, and cross-functional handoffs.
\n
• Establish and communicate revenue architectural principles and standards that balance speed, scalability, data integrity, and adoption.
\n
• Lead RevOps assessment and diagnostic exercises including conducting cross-functional discovery, comprehensive audits of CRM and RevTech environments.
\n
• Quantify business impact tied to pipeline generation, conversion rates, velocity, productivity, and forecast accuracy.

Roadmap Ownership & Program Leadership

• Build and own phased RevOps roadmaps that translate strategic recommendations into executable delivery plans sequencing initiatives across strategy, process, reporting, and technology.

• Define success criteria, milestones, and operating cadence for execution, including weekly operating reviews and executive readouts.
\n
• Drive alignment across stakeholders on requirements, tradeoffs, and change impacts throughout delivery.

Internal Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and up-level internal delivery team members through architecture guidance, solution reviews, and shared standards.
\n
• Contribute to the evolution of NewEdge Growth’s RevOps methodology, playbooks, and points of view.
\n
• Support internal enablement, workshops, and strategic initiatives as a senior RevOps leader.
\n

Revenue Intelligence, Reporting & Forecasting

\n
• Architect reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide a single source of truth across the full funnel.
\n
• Design and improve forecasting inputs and processes, including stage definitions, pipeline hygiene standards, and leading indicators.
\n
• Establish data governance standards that preserve reporting accuracy and decision confidence as organizations scale.
\n
• Partner with Finance and GTM leadership to turn reporting into actionable insights.
\n

Deal Desk & Lifecycle Operations

• Design systems that support renewals, expansions, and product adoption visibility across the customer lifecycle.
\n
• Reduce manual effort and cycle time while improving visibility and control across revenue operations.
\n

Executive Stakeholder Management

\n
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and act as a senior thought partner on RevOps and GTM strategy.

• Lead executive-level meetings and alignment sessions with clear, business-focused communication centered on impact and ROI.
\n
• Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and organizational constraints, driving clarity and decision-making.
