For more information, please visit ymcawnc.org.As the Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional and outstanding customer service to all members, guests, and program participants. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, facilitating connections, giving inspiration, supporting members, providing options to members, and enhancing member retention. You will be instrumental in building relationships and assessing member needs and abilities in assistance with exercise equipment and workout plans.
