About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Pediatric/Family Provider to join our healthcare team. This role offers flexible scheduling with hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday-1 week of call every 3-4 months . In this position, you will provide care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting and utilize telemedicine as needed. Also, available 4 hour shifts. Working just 4 days per week qualifies you for full benefits, with a competitive salary ranging from $225,000 to $300,000 annually, based on experience. Qualifications: Active California License (Required) Board-certified Pediatric/Family MD/DO General Pediatrician OR Family Practitioner EHR Experience Required New grads welcome Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both children and parents Loan repayment Key Responsibilities: Needs to see 25 to 30 patients per day, 1 week of call every 3-4 months.
