Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with periodic financial statements
- Maintain general ledger accuracy through journal entries and reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Partner with internal teams to support informed business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- 1+ year of hands-on accounting experience
- Exposure to general ledger functions and account reconciliations
- Familiarity with month-end close processes
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
