What is this role about? Our Service Managers play a key leadership role in local Terminix branches. They lead and motivate Pest Technician teams to deliver outstanding service to customers. Day in the Life Daily responsibilities include ensuring technicians are working efficiently, meeting safety and regulatory standards, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Specific tasks are: Monitoring branch scheduling and ensuring pest‑tech routes are successfully completed Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded Responding to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests Inspecting and evaluating the performance of Pest Technicians Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of pest control products Facilitating continual training of local sales and service teams Qualifications Associate’s degree (four‑year degree highly desirable) Valid driver’s license from state of residence 1–2 years of related experience helpful but not required Willingness to relocate highly desirable Ability to effectively lead and motivate others Strong communication skills – written, verbal, presenting Problem‑solving ability and practical solution development Rapport‑building and trust establishment with customers and employees Detail orientation and safety awareness Basic/intermediate math aptitude for sales and service calculations Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics Benefits Comprehensive training and licensure paid by the company Company vehicle, gas card, cell phone, and laptop Highly competitive compensation Opportunities for advancement and career growth Medical, dental, and vision coverage plus discounts on Terminix brands Short‑term and long‑term disability and life insurance Paid time off 401(k) plan with company matching Health benefits start on day 1 Vacation days & sick days Company‑paid holidays & floating holidays Equal Opportunity Employer Terminix is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
